With over 30 years of international design experience and numerous awards to his name, Melandro Quilatan serves as Principal Partner and Lead Creative of Tomas Pearce Design Consulting Inc. Recognized for his visionary approach, Melandro leads the creative direction across all of the firm’s residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, defining the distinct Tomas Pearce aesthetic of timeless luxury and refined innovation.

His expertise spans exclusive private residences, high-rise condominiums, and global hospitality environments. Known for his sophisticated space planning, architectural precision, and modern sensibility, Melandro’s work consistently exemplifies excellence in luxury interior design.

A lifelong creative, he draws inspiration from photography, fashion, writing, and travel, channels that continually fuel his artistic evolution. A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) and guest lecturer at Sheridan College, Melandro has also served as a design juror and mentor to emerging talent. His work has been featured in international publications including Luxury Living Magazine, Canadian Kitchen & Bath, and The Condo Business Magazine.

As Principal Partner and Director of Marketing and Innovation at Tomas Pearce Design Consulting Inc., Tania Richardson combines over two decades of interior design, business leadership, and brand development experience. A co-founder of the firm, she continues to shape Tomas Pearce’s vision through a focus on creative innovation, strategic marketing, and mindful leadership.

Tania leads initiatives that balance design excellence, client experience, and team well-being, ensuring the firm’s culture remains collaborative, inspired, and forward-thinking. Her ability to anticipate design trends and market shifts keeps Tomas Pearce positioned as one of Toronto’s leading luxury interior design firms.

Drawing inspiration from art, fashion, and cultural history, Tania brings a global and contemporary perspective to the Tomas Pearce brand. David Clarke

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Tomas Pearce Design Consulting Inc., David Clarke brings over 35 years of multifaceted experience spanning engineering design and construction, operations, process improvement, financial management, and executive leadership. A licensed Professional Engineer with an MBA in Strategic Management, David blends technical excellence with strategic insight to ensure best practices are embedded across all areas of the organization. His extensive expertise drives efficient project execution that consistently meets client expectations and business objectives.

Working closely with the Principal Partners, David contributes his broad business acumen to maintain a well-rounded and strategically balanced leadership team. He oversees day-to-day operations and manages the firm’s diverse project portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence.

Recognized for his precision and analytical mindset, David plays a key role in developing accurate, transparent proposals and contracts, while maintaining strong financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. His customer-focused approach and commitment to service ensure that he consistently takes the time to understand client needs and delivers on them with integrity and care.
